For very large diameter mains and critical duty applications, the Multihead configuration creates a synchronised treatment field across the full cross section of the pipe. This approach is suited to power generation, large district heating or cooling, and major industrial process lines and intakes where flow rates and pressures are extreme. The system helps limit scale accumulation, curbs biofouling, and protects heat transfer surfaces to maintain reliable efficiency. Multihead installations are designed case by case to match pipe size, access and electrical integration, with an emphasis on continuous, chemical free operation and practical maintenance.
