Delivery Information

Our FREE UK delivery service is sent via a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service and packages sent by this method are usually received within *2-5 working days from dispatch.  

We deliver to most parts of the UK, but there are some areas where we can’t deliver or offer a restricted service. You’ll see if we deliver to your chosen delivery address at checkout. 

We don’t offer international delivery. We can deliver to most areas in Northern Ireland.  

We deliver to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man, but we may have some restrictions due to location and courier availability  

We do reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we’ll notify you as soon as possible. 

VAT Refunds: 

We’re sorry that we can’t deduct VAT when charging for goods. However, if you are a resident in the Channel Islands and qualify for a VAT refund, then please email shop@hydropath.com after your goods have been delivered and we can make the necessary arrangements.
